The class introduces the practice of Mindfulness, it is an effective discipline in teaching how to manage emotions, to increase awareness and to calm the mind and allows access in a simple and natural way to mental and physical wellbeing.

 

The practice is guided by psychotherapists with specific training for the discipline of Mindfulness.  

 

MINDFULNESS is a mental state, which is connected with particular attention and awareness qualities that can be cultivated and developed through Vipassana meditation. This ancient technique reveals awareness through paying attention to the unfolding of an experience moment by moment:

a)    with intention;

b)   in the present;

c)    in a non-judgmental way.

 

The class is aimed for:

  • those who wish to begin a path of self-knowledge, of the ways with which to face experiences
  • those who wish to free themselves from the useless suffering that a confused mind can cause. For those who wish to improve their cognitive abilities, of attention and physical balance.
  • those who suffer from eating disorders, anxiety disorders, Somatoform disorder, Borderline Personality disorder, and depression.
